Lighthouse Photography Ltd retain full, unlimited, world-wide copyright on all photographs supplied. These photographs are solely for personal display purposes. They may not be copied, published, reproduced, or stored on any electronic retrieval system without the express written permission of Lighthouse Photography Ltd. Copyright does not automatically transfer with the purchase of a digital image.

Match to original (Likeness to person/colour)

In accordance with the accepted practices of all professional photographers and photographic laboratories, the return of any technically acceptable photographs or prints or demands for refund or refusal to settle charges cannot be entertained on principle. No exception whatsoever can be made to this rule as we cannot be held responsible for individual tastes or expectations.

Rights of Cancellation

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, there is no right to cancel the purchase of photographs of reasonable quality without charge. In accordance with the accepted practises of all professional photographers and photographic laboratories, the return of, or demands for refund or refusal to settle charges in relation to any digital photographs or prints of reasonable quality will not be accepte

Failure

Whilst every care is taken at every stage of the photographic process, in the event of a camera failure, operator error, material failure, or process machine failure, Lighthouse Photography Ltd can accept no responsibility for any losses however incurred as a result of any such failure beyond a full refund of the original purchase price.

Electronic Images

Due to the nature of emails, it may not be possible to determine whether an email has been received or not by our customers, and we advise that they check their internet security and spam boxes frequently as this may be the cause of email failure. Once we’ve sent you your digital image we can’t give a refund, since it would be impossible for us to determine whether the image has been copied and stored somewhere else.

Discounts

We regularly display discounts on our online ordering system which are for the convenience and benefit of our customers when multiple purchases are made online. Discounts are valid for each household only and applies to members of the same family. Lighthouse Photography reserve the right to withdraw any discount given and a full refund will be given if these conditions are not met.

Permanence

All photographs supplied by Lighthouse Photography Ltd are produced to the highest standards using the best quality materials and latest processing techniques. However, all colour photographs will, in time, fade. This is particularly true if they are left in bright sunlight and are not behind glass. Lighthouse Photography Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for this gradual image deterioration.

Sizes

All sizes quoted in inches and are approximate and refer to print sizes.

Return Arrangements

If  you have received damaged or unsuitable goods, simply return your order in its original condition and packaging within 30-days of receipt and we will happily offer you an exchange or refund. For orders that need to be returned please send to the address below with a letter containing all order details and the reason for returning the items:

To ensure safe delivery of any posted items to Lighthouse Photography Ltd, a recorded method of posting such as special delivery is required. Lighthouse Photography Ltd cannot be held responsible for items that go missing due to postal errors.

Personal Information

Personal information is information that relates to an identifiable individual. When a user places an order the user will be required to provide personal information such as their name and email address, and to provide payment card information (number, type and expiration date), a telephone number and a billing address. Your name and address details will be retained on our database in order for us to deliver your order to you. Your payment card data is only taken by the banking system and it is never received or stored by Lighthouse Photography Ltd. If a user prefers to do so, he or she can talk offline to a customer service representative, and provide the required information over the telephone on 01902 847675. We will hold your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide excellent service to you in respect of the product you purchase. The banking systems we use are either SagePay or Stripe which are fully authorised by all payment card providers.

Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Information
We will not sell, trade or lease the personal information you entrust to us.

Changing or Removing Personal Information
We recognise that some of the information that we may have collected from you will change from time to time. You can change information that you have previously provided to us or request us to remove it from our records by emailing us at info@lighthousephotography.co.uk or by telephoning the Lighthouse Photography office on 01902 847675.

We use reasonable security methods to protect the data that resides on our servers. However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our servers, nor can we guarantee that information that users supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.
